Welcome to Nnekkie. By accessing our platform (web or app), you agree to these terms.

1. Who we serve

• Institutions create and manage their own university-branded portals.
• Agents operate under an institution’s portal with delegated permissions.
• Students browse, reserve, and pay for housing listings provided by institutions/agents.

2. Accounts & roles

Institutions must onboard first. Agents and students gain access only after the institution activates its portal.

3. Listings & accuracy

Institutions/agents are responsible for accuracy of housing data, pricing, availability, and compliance with local regulations.

4. Payments & payouts

All money movement is processed via Stripe Connect. Institutions and agents must complete Stripe onboarding to receive payouts. Currency and country settings are chosen during onboarding.

5. Fees

Service, transaction, or booking fees may apply and will be disclosed at checkout.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Refunds follow the institution’s/agent’s policy and applicable law. Stripe remits funds back to the original payment method when approved. See Refunds for details.

7. Data & privacy

We keep each institution’s data separate and protected. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

No fraudulent bookings, misuse of payouts, or abuse of other users.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance of changes.
